{"id":286,"date":"2016-12-06T11:24:17","date_gmt":"2016-12-06T10:24:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cftc-afr.fr\/?p=286"},"modified":"2016-12-06T11:25:11","modified_gmt":"2016-12-06T10:25:11","slug":"change-1er-decembre-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cftc-afr.fr\/index.php\/2016\/12\/06\/change-1er-decembre-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Ce qui change au 1er d\u00e9cembre 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Bonne nouvelle qui concerne le retard de train<\/span><\/strong> : dans le cadre de la mise en place de la \u00ab\u00a0nouvelle garantie ponctualit\u00e9 30 minutes\u00a0\u00bb au 1<sup>er<\/sup> d\u00e9cembre, tout retard sera indemnis\u00e9 par la SNCF sur les TGV et les INTERCITES.<br \/>\nCette nouvelle r\u00e8gle s&rsquo;applique donc d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 tout type de retard (y compris ceux dont la SNCF n&rsquo;est pas responsable : intemp\u00e9ries, colis suspects, obstacle sur les voies &#8230;) alors qu&rsquo;auparavant la SNCF n&rsquo;indemnisait le passager qu&rsquo;en cas de retard qui lui \u00e9tait imputable.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour un retard de 30 \u00e0 119 minutes, le montant de l&rsquo;indemnisation s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8vera au moins \u00e0 25% du prix du billet.<\/li>\n<li>En cas de retard entre 120 et 179 minutes, l&rsquo;indemnisation passera \u00e0 50%.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 partir de 180 minutes \u00e0 75% .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Mauvaise nouvelle<\/strong><\/span> : les tarifs r\u00e9glement\u00e9s de vente du gaz par rapport au bar\u00e8me en vigueur en novembre 2016, vont augmenter en moyenne de 2,6% au 1<sup>er<\/sup> d\u00e9cembre .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bonne nouvelle qui concerne le retard de train : dans le cadre de la mise en place de la \u00ab\u00a0nouvelle garantie ponctualit\u00e9 30 minutes\u00a0\u00bb au 1er d\u00e9cembre, tout retard sera indemnis\u00e9 par la SNCF sur les TGV et les INTERCITES.
