Il y a trois, quatre mois un bruit circulait sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux\u00a0: le Gouvernement allait cr\u00e9er un imp\u00f4t pour les propri\u00e9taires ayant termin\u00e9 le remboursement de leur(s) emprunt(s).\u00a0Il devait correspondre \u00e0 un loyer mensuel. Que nenni s\u2019est alors exprim\u00e9 devant l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale le Secr\u00e9taire d\u2019Etat au Budget\u00a0: Christian Eckert . Et puis, comme tout va mieux, le Pr\u00e9sident s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 la non cr\u00e9ation d\u2019imp\u00f4t en 2017\u2026<\/p>\n

Et voil\u00e0 qu\u2019en ce d\u00e9but juillet, le m\u00eame Christian Eckert nous annonce l\u2019arriv\u00e9e (vote en septembre lors de l\u2019examen du budget) d\u2019une T<\/strong>axe S<\/strong>p\u00e9ciale d\u2019E<\/strong>quipement R<\/strong>\u00e9gional (TSER). Cette taxe devrait concern\u00e9e les m\u00e9nages et les entreprises et s\u2019ajouter \u00e0 la Taxe Fonci\u00e8re. Elle serait r\u00e9clam\u00e9e par l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e des R\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n

Ainsi tous les retrait\u00e9s qui se sont endett\u00e9s pour \u00e0 leur cessation d\u2019activit\u00e9 n\u2019avoir plus de loyer ou remboursement d\u2019emprunts au moment de leur baisse de revenus, se verront imposer pour soi-disant aider les r\u00e9gions \u00e0 soutenir les PME et TPE de leur cru. A noter que cette aide \u00e9tait auparavant apport\u00e9e par les d\u00e9partements et est pass\u00e9e aux R\u00e9gions r\u00e9cemment. On ne parle pas de baisse des parts d\u00e9partementales dans l\u2019imp\u00f4t foncier\u2026..\u00a0!!<\/p>\n

Certains Pr\u00e9sident de R\u00e9gion se seraient engag\u00e9s \u00e0 ne pas appliquer cet imp\u00f4t\u2026.\u00e0 voir\u00a0!!<\/p>\n

Deux solutions\u00a0: d\u00e9m\u00e9nager dans ces R\u00e9gions si eux tiennent leur promesse ou vendre et redevenir locataire mais \u00e0 n\u2019en pas douter les propri\u00e9taires reporteront cette taxe dans les loyers.<\/p>\n
